It’s part of Orsett and Grays Deanery magazine from September 1917. It’s an interesting read and in The Great War, life was pretty much normal. From a local benefice perspective there is a report of the internment of Rev W G Littlebales who had been vicar of Bulphan (Bulvan) from 1870 to 1903 and some other news from Bulphan.
