If you attend a service at any of our Churches please ensure that you record this in the ‘Red Book’ which is available at the end of a service, please speak to one of the Churchwardens if you cannot find the book. All services are included such as Messy Church, held in one of our schools, and Forest Church.
If you have attended church or another place of worship for at least 8 times in the 12 months before submitting your application, Revd Sue will then be able to complete Part 2 of the School Admission Supplementary Information Form (SIF).
