St. Giles and All Saints is the parish church for Orsett and part of the United Benefice of Orsett, Bulphan and Horndon-on-the-Hill.
On the first Sunday of each month there is only one service for the entire Benefice. This rotates around the three churches and takes place at 10:00am.
On every other Sunday, there is an 11:00am service in Orsett. On the second Sunday, this is a Family Service, which is shorter and does not include Communion. On the other Sundays, it is a Parish Communion.
There are also Holy Communion services at 8:00am on the second and fourth Sundays of each month, and on the third Wednesday at 10:00am.

Sunday School meets during the 11:00 service each week, except for the Family Service when the children are part of the main worship time together.
